notre atelier par une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9vou\u00e9e d&rsquo;artisans et de techniciens. Chaque mod\u00e8le associe des techniques artisanales traditionnelles \u00e0 des outils modernes tels que l&rsquo;impression 3D et la d\u00e9coupe au laser, afin d&rsquo;atteindre un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de d\u00e9tail et de pr\u00e9cision. <\/p><p>Vos mod\u00e8les sont-ils en bois ?<\/p><p>La structure de base de nos mod\u00e8les est principalement constitu\u00e9e de bois de haute qualit\u00e9. Certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments, tels que les ferrures, les formes complexes ou les d\u00e9tails fins, peuvent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9s en r\u00e9sine ou en mat\u00e9riaux imprim\u00e9s en 3D pour plus de pr\u00e9cision et de coh\u00e9rence. Nous n&rsquo;utilisons pas de kits en plastique ni de pi\u00e8ces commerciales pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es.  <\/p><p>Les mod\u00e8les sont-ils pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre expos\u00e9s ?<\/p><p>Oui. Tous les mod\u00e8les sont enti\u00e8rement assembl\u00e9s, mont\u00e9s sur un socle et livr\u00e9s pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre expos\u00e9s. Ils sont soigneusement emball\u00e9s dans des bo\u00eetes personnalis\u00e9es pour les prot\u00e9ger pendant le transport.  <\/p><p>Puis-je demander un mod\u00e8le personnalis\u00e9 ?<\/p><p>Oui. Nous proposons des mod\u00e8les sur mesure bas\u00e9s sur votre navire. Nous avons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement besoin de plans, de photos ou de toute autre documentation technique disponible. Notre \u00e9quipe \u00e9valuera la faisabilit\u00e9 et vous fournira un calendrier de production.   <\/p><p>Proposez-vous des vitrines ?<\/p><p>Oui. Des vitrines sont disponibles sur demande et sont fabriqu\u00e9es sur mesure pour correspondre aux dimensions de votre mod\u00e8le. Elles permettent de prot\u00e9ger le mod\u00e8le de la poussi\u00e8re et des dommages accidentels.  <\/p><p>Combien de temps faut-il pour recevoir un mod\u00e8le ?<\/p><p>Le temps de production varie en fonction de la complexit\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le et de sa disponibilit\u00e9 en stock.<br>Mod\u00e8les en stock : exp\u00e9dition sous 5 \u00e0 7 jours ouvrables.<br>Mod\u00e8les sur mesure : d\u00e9lai de 8 \u00e0 16 semaines.<\/p><p>O\u00f9 exp\u00e9diez-vous vos produits ?<\/p><p>Nous exp\u00e9dions dans le monde entier. Chaque mod\u00e8le est emball\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9curis\u00e9e pour garantir une livraison internationale en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les frais d&rsquo;exp\u00e9dition sont calcul\u00e9s au moment du paiement ou lors du devis pour les commandes personnalis\u00e9es.  <\/p><p>Que se passe-t-il si mon mod\u00e8le arrive endommag\u00e9 ?<\/p><p>Tous les envois sont assur\u00e9s. Si vous recevez un article endommag\u00e9, veuillez nous contacter dans les 48 heures et inclure des photos du dommage et de l&#8217;emballage.
