General Return Policy
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, we welcome returns or exchanges within 14 days of the original shipping date, provided the following conditions are met:
The item(s) were purchased directly from Abordage.
The item(s) are new, unused, and show no signs of wear or use.
The item is a mass-produced product, not a custom-made piece.
Please note: Custom-made products are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
Return/Exchange Process
To ensure a smooth return or exchange experience:
Preparation: Use the original packaging materials and box to repack the item securely.
Shipping: We recommend shipping the return via UPS for reliable tracking and delivery.

Refunds and Store Credit
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), Abordage will process your refund or store credit.
Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 1-2 weeks after receiving the returned item(s).
Refund Method: The original purchasing credit card will be credited within 5 business days post-inspection. It may take an additional 1-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Gifts: Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or item exchange.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Promotional Considerations
If your order included promotional benefits (e.g., free shipping or discounts), the value of these promotions will be deducted from your refund amount.
Restocking Fees and Refused Shipments
To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, the following fees may apply:
Refused Shipments/Orders: Subject to a $10 fee and may incur an additional 25% restocking fee.
Returned Orders: May be subject to a 25% restocking fee due to damage incurred by the customer or inadequate repackaging.
These assessments will be deducted from the refund amount.
